When making a purchase, you can choose from the following methods:

• Shipping

• Delivery Same day / Next Day (Available in the Niagara Region/Cut off time 7pm for last order)

• Curbside Pickup (Located in Niagara Falls, ON.)

Once your order is placed, please be patient as we process it. We’ll contact you as soon as possible—there’s no need to reach out, as it won’t speed up the process! For shipping orders, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. For delivery or pickup, we’ll call you to arrange a convenient time. There is more info on the checkout page.

• Free Lettermail Shipping on most games across Canada.

• We Primarily Ship With Canada Post

• Tracked Shipping on most games starts at $14.99.

• Same-Day Delivery is available for residents of the Niagara Region. 

• Free delivery available in the Niagara Region with minimum purchase, otherwise a small delivery charge will apply.

    Free Delivery Minimums:

• $50 – Niagara Falls 

• $75 – St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold

• $100 – Niagara-on-the-Lake, Fort Erie
