Curbside Pickup (Located in Niagara Falls, ON.)
Once your order is placed, please be patient as we process it. We’ll contact you as soon as possible—there’s no need to reach out, as it won’t speed up the process. For shipping orders, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. For delivery or pickup, we’ll text/call you to arrange a convenient time. Same-Day Delivery is available for residents of the Niagara Region. (Cut off 7PM. Any orders placed after will be delivered the next day)

Free delivery available in the Niagara Region with minimum purchase, otherwise a small delivery charge will apply. Starts at $7.99

At this time, we’re unable to verify upon request whether an item includes a manual if it is not specified. Most items on our website do not list manual inclusion, and we’re unable to consistently confirm this at the moment

Original cases are not guaranteed (some games may come in replacement cases, including DVD-style cases)

Used games may show signs of prior ownership, including stickers, rental markings, writing, or general cosmetic wear

In many cases, stickers or markings cannot be safely removed without risking damage to the item, and are left as-is for this reason

Internal cosmetic details are not individually inspected, documented, or listed

While we do our best to send out clean, presentable items, due to operational limitations and the nature of used inventory, this is how items are currently sold.
